But hands down, some gyms just do it better than others. And when Mark Walhberg walked into his first F45 Gym, he was hooked.

The article goes onto say:

“The company has more than 1,500 studios in 40 countries and partnerships with two dozen universities including Stanford and Texas. [According to its founder, Rob Deutsch], it may open as many as 10,000 franchises alone in North America, and also sees opportunity in Europe, Asia and Sou h America. [Deutsch] nearing a deal to offer the workout on a cruise line and is developing a software-based product for hotels.

“We’re selling roughly 50 franchises a month and we’re confident it’ll ramp up to 70 to 80 a month by the end of 2019 to well over 2,000,” he said.

A quick click on the opening video on their homepage tells you everything you need to know about F45: 45 minute workouts sourced from a database of over 4000 movements so that you never do the same workout twice. The company has 1,500 studios across 40 countries and is the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world.

The Other Guys star has other fitness-related investments, including StockX, a startup focused on trainer resales, Aquahydrate, a water brand, and Performance Inspired Nutrition, a workout supplement.

Mark’s investment comes after he offered a very detailed breakdown of his workout schedule, which begins at 2:30am and ends at 7:30pm.

On the former rapper’s check list were two major workouts that lasted more than an hour, two showers, snacks and meals, a cryo chamber recovery, golf and business meetings, in a routine that has baffled his fans.

It all begins at 2:30am when his alarm goes off. Next it’s a prayer session. Then the action star has breakfast at 3:15 am, his first meal of many throughout the day.

At 5:30am it’a a workout meal and then a shower at 6am, which bizarrely appears to last for 90 minutes.

By 7:30am the Shooter actor is playing golf, which could be considered another workout, but only for 30 minutes as a snack follows at 8am. Next it’s a cryo chamber session.
